We offer several complete conversion kits: two general-purpose kits that will work with most diesel engines and several specialized kits - for the VW Tdi, the 1994-1997 and 1999-2003 Ford Powerstroke 7.3 and the 2003 and later Ford Powerstroke 6.0, and 6.L, all years of the Dodges - 1989-1993, 1994-1998.5, 1998.5-2003, 2003-2008 5.9L and 6.7L, and our Mercedes SingleTank kit.
Our generic TwoTank kits can be used to convert Mercedes, pre-Tdi VW's, pre-Powerstoke Ford 6.9 and 7.3, the 6.2 and 6.5 Chevy/GM, and just about every diesel vehicle sold.
Unlike most kit vendors, we don’t offer only one kit for any given vehicle, we often have two, and we have information on the ‘site that walks customers through the factors that will help them decide which of our filters, valves, tanks, additional heating components, etc. would best fit their needs, budget, climate, length of commute, desire for trunk space or space in the bed of a pickup and need for a controller or not. It's a lot of reading for you to do, but we think you should make informed choices as to what to buy.

We also offer components for collecting and filtering waste vegetable oil, preheating the vegetable oil in your tank, preheating your engine, keeping the vegetable oil in your fuel filter from gelling overnight, two controllers for automating switchover from diesel to waste vegetable oil, and aluminum fuel tanks, in several sizes as well as custom tank fabrication. Many of our components can be used for cold- weather biodiesel use.

Funnel/Stand (#SKU24) - Funnel/Stand: enables restaurants to easily put warm used fryer oil back into the 4.6 gallon jugs they get it in (they're now pouring the used oil into a 55 gallon drum or dumpster that's typically stored outside, and thus can get rainwater in "your fuel.")

er filter bags (#SKU26) - Follow the directions we offer - cut three holes in a 55 gallon poly drum, drop in 3 of these, and pour settled, collected oil through them for a thorough, easy, prefiltering method. (Although many of our customers do no more than use our PipeLine Pump and filtering Wand on settled jugs of oil, and still get 4000-12,000 miles from a Vormax filter element. Read "Used Cooking Oil Fuel the Easy Way" for more details.)
The "Wand" (#SKU10)
Connected to the intake hose of one of our > transfer pumps, this will remove particles down to 70 microns in size > (oil needs to be liquid oil, and room temperature.) The filter in the wand is stainless mesh, and cleanable - you'll never need to replace it. The Wand does not reach all the way to the bottom of 4.6 gallon jugs, which means most of the settled food particles and water, if any, stay on the bottom.
Transfering/Pumping Vegetable Oil (#SKU9)
Choose from our popular "Pipeline" pumps, a 12 volt pump designed to move oil, not just thin fluids such as weaker "diesel fuel pumps which cannot handle vegetable oil, or the even tougher "MR" series 120V gear pumps.
Onboard Filtration (#SKU3)
In addition to the "shop" filtering and transfer equipment above, we offer superior onboard filtration via either our new "VegMax" or the "Vormax" We first offered the Vormax in Winter 2003, and it's become a very popular choice. (It's also featured in our kits, as one of the key components.) Unique two-stage filtering means the spin-on element last much longer than with other filters. The Vegmax at $215 is $174 less than the Vormax at $389 and can be substituted for the Vormax in any kit - email us for details on how to do this.
Valves
Our exclusive 3-port solenoid valves (#SKU18) with 1/2" internal orifices, Viton seals and with internals of PTFE coated stainless steel, or the Pollak motor-driven 6-port valve,(#SKU19) and manual brass 3-port valves.
Heating
The HotFox (#SKU4) fuel tank heater/heated fuel pickup, which warms via coolant; the HotPlate 16 (#SKU6) and 26-plate (#SKU7) flatplate heat exchangers with mounting brackets, available in both copper-brazed and nickel-brazed; the Vegtherm Standard (#SKU1) and Vegtherm Mega, (#SKU2) our exclusive inline 12V fuel heater; and 12V and 120V pad heaters, (#SKU20 thru 21) and the OverNighter (#SKU16) - 12V heating for the coolant-hearted Vormax fuel filter that ships with a device that allows it to be left on overnight without the risk of excessively draining the battery.
